SHIPPING POLICIES

Our company uses USPS for our standard shipping. UPS 2nd Day, 3 day select and Ground shipping is optional per customer request within 12 hours of placing online order.  All orders placed directly through our website ship approx.  within  3 to 5 business days.  If your order was place by phone or email,  then it will ship within  5 to 7 days.  Once the order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number for your package.  This confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you. 

For phone/email orders, credit/debit cards are processed approx 1 to 2 days prior to order shipment. Orders for custom work, i.e barrel fluting or coating, your card will be processed the same day you placed the order with us.  For checks, allow approx. 10-14 business days for clearance. Your package will ship the following business day.

All custom work completed by V7 Weapon Systems is considered a final sale.

Return Policy Information

V7 Weapon Systems, LLC offers a 30 day return, refund and exchange policy. You must contact V Seven Weapon Systems via email prior to any return, refund, or exchange to receive a RA number.  All returns must include your contact info, the order/invoice number, and RA number provided by V Seven.  Missing documentation from the return package will result in processing delays.

Items that are uninstalled/unused and in the original sealed packaging can be returned and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If the product and packaging has been opened, damaged or used, the return is subject to a 25% restocking fee, or may be rejected. The return must include all accessories and documentation that were shipped with the product.  Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not refunded by V Seven Weapon Systems.  Product refunds are issued within 2-3 business days of receipt.

If you wish to exchange the unused, uninstalled, and unopened items, you will receive a store credit for the returned products.  The store credit will be applied to your customer log-in account.  

Item Return/Exchange Procedure

1.  Contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

2.  Ship the item(s) back to us in the original packaging. Thoroughly wrap and package/box item(s) making sure all parts are secure.  It’s best to insure the package and retain your tracking information.  We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages during transit.  

3.  Ship all returns via USPS to:

4.  If you have been instructed to ship your return via FedEX/UPS, please contact us for delivery address.  

5.  Return/Exchanges must be completed within 30 days of your original order date.
